About Course
You have chosen C2. Most Startup and SME teams go live in three to fifteen days, and a full Enterprise rollout takes about three weeks. The platform is the straightforward part.
What decides whether this actually works is everything around it. Which employee data moves across and which stays behind. Who is allowed to see what. How long you keep records, and on what basis. What you tell your team the week before they are asked to sign in for the first time. Your setup support covers the platform. This course covers the decisions, because they are yours to make and they are far harder to unpick later than to get right now.
Who this is for
Whoever is leading the rollout: an HR manager, a people operations lead, or the founder or operations manager who has HR on their plate alongside everything else. No technical background is assumed, and nothing here requires you to have logged in yet.
What this course covers
- What you are consolidating, and where the platform hands payroll over
- The decisions to settle before your environment is ready
- Why employee records come first, and what depends on them
- How to bring managers and employees with you instead of announcing at them
- The modules worth adding once the basics hold
- Compliance you can evidence to an auditor, a works council or a customer
What this course does not cover
Screens, menus and button names. Your setup support walks you through the product itself, and a written walkthrough would be out of date the moment a button moved. Everything here is about the thinking and the preparation, which do not change.
By the end of this course
You will be able to decide what to migrate and what to archive, set an access rule and retention periods you can defend, sequence your first three weeks, write an announcement your team can act on, and answer the data protection questions that always arrive when employee records move into a new system.
Six short lessons and three checks, about an hour in total. This course is provided through the C2 Learning Platform.
