Out of the box, the assistant runs on Mistral, a European provider, through its EU endpoint. Mistral keeps no copy of your questions (Zero Data Retention) and does not train on them.

Startup and SME suit teams of 10 to 500 people who want quick results without enterprise complexity; Enterprise serves organisations of 501 to 5,000 people, and smaller teams that need its features can choose it on request.
What does C2 cost?
Published prices, no setup fees and no long contracts:
Startup: from €399 a month, for teams of up to 100 people (€4 per person, €399 monthly minimum)
SME: €7 per person a month, for 101 to 500 people (€699 monthly minimum)
Enterprise: €10 per person a month, for 501 to 5,000 people (€999 monthly minimum)
Smaller teams can choose a higher plan on request. Annual billing saves 10%. Cancel at the end of any monthly or yearly term, with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first plan.
How does the AI assistant in C2 help?
The assistant answers employee and manager questions about your policies, benefits, leave and procedures in natural language, from your own knowledge base, so your HR team fields fewer repetitive questions. It has no access to HR records and makes no decisions about people. It runs on Mistral in the EU by default, or on your own AI host on request. Available on SME and Enterprise.

What we do is narrow who can touch your data: your own environment, keys you can hold yourself, no standing right for our staff to open your keys, and an export copy only you can read. If we ever receive a legal request for your data, we tell you wherever the law allows.
