Learning module highly recommended

We have been using the Learning module for several years to train both our distributors and internal teams on a wide range of topics. In the past, we would simply ask people to read policies and procedures, while now we offer more interactive approach. The module is much more than a traditional online learning platform. Recommend onboarding tool!

We have been heavily using the onboarding part of the C2 HRIS all-in-one platform for over a year now. This tool has helped us tremendously to move away from Excel documents used to track different steps and manage additional administrative paperwork. While remaining compliant, the system essentially handles this for us. The team has also been very supportive and helpful, assisting us with all the challenges we encountered during both the implementation and post-implementation periods.

I like the manager self service module

I like the manager self service module. All is clear and easy to navigate. Notifications are in place and simply the tool works to keep me aligned with all HR related matters and compliance.
