Choosing an HRIS shouldn’t mean decoding a quote. C2 is the all-in-one HR platform built for European companies, with published prices for every plan. One login covers people records, onboarding, learning and reporting on every plan, with recruitment, performance and the AI assistant from SME upwards, so you can replace the spreadsheets and disconnected tools that eat your team’s time.
Every plan is priced per person per month with a monthly minimum, billed monthly or yearly (save 10% on yearly). Startup is €399 a month for most teams of up to 100 people. There are no setup charges and no long contracts: you can move up or down a plan as your team changes, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of your current month or year.
Every plan runs in your own environment in the EU, built to help you stay GDPR compliant, with every measure documented in our Trust Center. With guided setup, most Startup and SME teams go live in 3 to 15 days, and a full Enterprise rollout takes about three weeks. If you need data moved from your current system, we assess the migration with you before onboarding starts.

A mail server for your own domain inside your own environment in the EU. It sends and receives email, including the platform’s notifications, and comes with a webmail client. Outbound mail is delivered through Amazon SES in the EU (Ireland).

Once you supply your export key, every backup also gets an export copy that only you can open, on your own computer, with standard tools. Leaving is never blocked by us.
