What are the differences between the Standard, Professional, and Enterprise price plans?
There are no differences in user interfaces and experiences, but as the plans increase, the key features, infrastructure, and support vary. Additionally, the complexity of integration, automation, workflows, and implementation also increases.
How does downgrading to a lower plan affect my HRIS Platform?
If you decide to downgrade, any features from your current higher plan will be disabled. You will receive a notification before the downgrade is finalized. Also, when you downgrade, you will need to pay for the new plan, and your subscription will be updated. The date of your downgrade will determine your new billing cycle. For a monthly subscription, your next charge will be in one month, and for an annual subscription, it will be in one year.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel your subscription to the Platform, your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current month or the end of the annual plan term.
How is AI implemented ?
The AI features, based on ChatGPT, are included in the Enterprise price plan. AI helps with content creation for writing texts, blogs, documents, and courses, and it also serves as a virtual assistant.
What is the process for implementing the Platform?
We assist you in identifying and articulating your requirements prior to the planning of the platform implementation. Depending on the complexity and specific needs of the project, the implementation process may require a timeframe ranging from three to ten business days.
