De invoering is een feit, maar verloopt ongelijkmatig: AI wordt het meest gebruikt bij werving (27%), HR-technologie (21%), opleiding en ontwikkeling (17%) en werknemerservaring (14%), maar minder dan de helft van de organisaties verwacht in 2026 AI in HR te gebruiken. De duidelijke koers is gericht op agentische AI: tools die doelen interpreteren en tot actie aanzetten in plaats van alleen maar vragen te beantwoorden, in combinatie met strakker beheer en nauwere samenwerking tussen HR en IT. <strong>Waarom het belangrijk is:<\/strong> de winnaars zijn niet degenen met de meeste tools, maar degenen die gegevens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Op de radar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adoptie van Agentic AI splitst per bedrijfsgrootte.<\/strong> Ongeveer 48% grote bedrijven, 25% middelgrote bedrijven en slechts 4% kleine bedrijven maken al gebruik van agentische technologie\u00ebn, en er wordt een snelle groei verwacht. Voor het MKB biedt dit een kans om een grote sprong voorwaarts te maken, mits de tools eenvoudig zijn en er goed toezicht op wordt gehouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HR-functies worden hergestructureerd.<\/strong> Uit rapporten blijkt dat 89% van de HR-afdelingen een reorganisatie hebben doorgevoerd of van plan zijn dit binnen twee jaar te doen, waarbij ze afstappen van in silo\u2019s werkende teams nu platforms de werkprocessen van begin tot eind met elkaar verbinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vaardighedengebaseerd aanwerven wint terrein.<\/strong> Meer werkgevers geven prioriteit aan bewezen vaardigheden boven diploma's en functietitels, waarbij AI de ontdekking van rollen ondersteunt voordat kandidaten solliciteren en aangrenzende potentie beoordeelt tijdens de screening. De beloning is een betere rolgeschiktheid, soepelere inwerkperiode en een duidelijkere basis voor ontwikkeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HR en IT convergeren steeds meer.<\/strong> Uit een enqu\u00eate bleek dat 64% van de IT-leiders verwachtten dat HR en IT binnen vijf jaar volledig zouden samengaan, en de budgetten volgen deze trend: 55% van de bedrijven verhogen hun uitgaven voor HR-technologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Retentie blijft moeilijk.<\/strong> Ongeveer 42% HR-professionals gaven aan het afgelopen jaar moeite te hebben gehad met het behouden van fulltime personeel, en bijna 70% hebben nog steeds moeite met het werven van personeel, wat erop wijst dat organisaties talenttekorten niet zomaar kunnen oplossen door simpelweg meer mensen aan te nemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HR tech horloge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Financiering blijft actief.<\/strong> Warp heeft een Serie B-financieringsronde van $60m opgehaald om HR en salarisadministratie te herstructureren met behulp van AI in \u00e9\u00e9n enkel systeem dat salarisadministratie, naleving van regelgeving, secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, onboarding en IT omvat voor bedrijven met 5 tot 5.000 medewerkers. In Frankrijk heeft HrFlow.ai een pre-Serie A-financiering van \u20ac6m binnengehaald om zijn API voor wervingsintelligentie op te schalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Europese MKB-tools groeien.<\/strong> Uitbestede HR-technologie behoort tot de snelst groeiende segmenten (met een CAGR van ongeveer 12%), aangezien kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen op zoek zijn naar schaalbare, kosteneffectieve oplossingen; zo besteden ongeveer 45% ten minste \u00e9\u00e9n HR-functie uit en wordt vermeld dat HR-tools in de cloud de administratieve kosten met maximaal 30% verlagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voor HR-teams van het midden- en kleinbedrijf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kies \u00e9\u00e9n workflow met veel frictie (onboarding, verlof of HR-vragen van de eerste lijn) en piloteer een AI-gestuurde automatisering met een duidelijke eigenaar en succesmaatstaf, in plaats van breed in te kopen. Geef de voorkeur aan \u00e9\u00e9n verbonden bronsysteem boven het toevoegen van losse tools. Begin nu met het vastleggen van vaardigheidsgegevens, zodat op vaardigheden gebaseerd werven en interne mobiliteit later mogelijk worden.
